We are shipping Worldwide. Expected delivery times: 3-7 days within European Union (from our warehouse). 3-9 days to North America and Canada.

Return Policy
Dear customer,
You may return new, undamaged and unopened item sold and fulfilled by B.J.'s Brand New Ties within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, ex. if you received an incorrect or defective item. You can request return and further informations directly on: return@brandnewties.com
The request must be authorized by your full name and valid number of your original order.
We offer two return options:
1. Exchange - in case you want to receive new necktie as exchange for not wanted one (ex. if you recieved one with different color, etc.)

2. Full Refund - If so, you should expect to receive your refund within three weeks from receipt of your package back to return shipper. Pleas notice, that we are not responsible for delays generated by Banks processing our refund requests.
Important information
Items that are damaged by customer (by you) or third party (delivery service), used, or returned in more than 30 days after delivery time, will receive a partial refund or no refund. Our maximum cancel fee is $10 and will not be charged as additional payment.

B.J.'s Brand New Ties and all international returns are based on International and European Returns legislative and European Product Warranty Directive: "Sellers whose products are found not to conform to the “contract” between the buyer and seller at the time the goods were delivered are required to replace or repair the nonconforming goods free of charge, reduce the price of the goods, or release the consumer from the contract".
